We're delighted to unveil our newest feature: Differential Charts, a game-changer for legal, tax, transfer pricing and audit specialists. Display ONLY what has changed between two dates that you enter. Say goodbye to the painstaking task of comparing end of year charts to track changes within Group Structures. Rather than analyzing full historical snapshots of your group, you receive two charts representing the "before" and "after" situations, focusing solely on the changes made within the company structure.

Changes in structure in period

THE OLD WAY OF WORKING

In our example, a single change was made between 01-Jan 2023 and 27-Sep-2023. The shareholders of Company Nacora Italia changed from a single 100% shareholder to two shareholders (80% and 20%). The new differential charts above focus on this perfectly. Until now, auditing changes within corporate structures was done by comparing full structure charts based on different dates, typically at the end of the calendar year. This approach is manageable for smaller groups but becomes increasingly cumbersome when dealing with hundreds of different companies. Circled here is the single change that occurred in this time period. Very difficult to spot!

Do you need to create a range of charts and you don't have the time to create them yourself? We can do this for you. Outsource the task to us! You can send the raw data in any format you wish, and we will do the rest. You may have a particular chart in mind, or if you contact us we can guide you as we explain the possibilities.

Outsourcing

A beautiful chart of your entire group

You may wish to have a very large chart of your entire group, even if it contains a large number of companies and shareholdings. We can create this for you, applying your own house style if you have one.

A set of charts. One per country

This is a popular requirement. Create charts, one for each country. Showing the connections between the holding company and the country in question.

A trusted partner

We have worked with large multinational organisations for may years. Security and confidentiality are our watch words.
